At the end of the day, Maguzawa are still Hausa. I'd rather be called bamaguje than be falsely associated with an identity that isn't mine.

It is funny Christians always claim Islam erase culture when every Christian dominated areas become western-like. in SEA the Muslims in Indonesia and Malaysia rock their cultural attires while the Christians in Singapore and Philippines dress like Europeans.
In SA all the Christians in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh are almost anglos, they dress English and mostly speak English.
In MENA, the Christians dress like Europeans.
In Africa, the people that wear their cultural clothes as regular clothes are predominantly Muslim areas, the Christians has made it occasional.
Pick any Nigerian Christian, chances they speak English at home and Church is 70%

You people are so loud and dull. You are always in other peopleās business and vey ignorant about it. Hausa people use ubangiji more often than not.
And āUbangijiā doesnāt directly translate to God or Allah, Ubangiji means Lord and it is so because Hausa people never had a superior God before Islam, they consult jinns for their needs, the idols like tsumburbura are just mediums not considered god, and they have multiple āubangijiā. Thereās no Hausa word for Allah.
