True story: The newest member of the Toronto @MapleLeafs, Scott Laughton, captained the Mimico Mountaineers Paperweight lacrosse team back in 2000 — NHL players Connor Brown and Nick Paul were also on the roster. The team was undefeated. 🏆🥍

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Donald James Wheeler, affectionately known to many as “Poppa,” on Christmas Day, 2024. Poppa is the beloved grandfather of Seamus, Brenna and Devlin Shanahan, and his kind spirit left an impression on everyone who knew him.
