After years working both on the frontline and on national EPR programmes, one truth keeps resurfacing:
Technology doesn’t change care. Leadership does.
My takeaway from the panel was simple:
Year two matters more than day one. Productivity lives in adoption, not implementation.

We are pleased to announce that the UCP has integrated with NHS Digital’s National Record Locator (NRL) service. The London Ambulance and the London Urgent Care services can now view UCP care plans via the National Care Records Service (NCRS).
