We’ve had a few drop out so there is still time to sign up to play for Mindset Sport at this years @bouremouth 7’s.

There is a men’s 10’s rugby team playing on the Saturday and a mixed netball team on the Sunday. 🏃🏾🏃🏻♀️

Bloody hell, 12 years (and a beard) ago I ran my first and last half marathon.
The ambulance wasn’t for me given it was about 30 degrees that day it was very busy.
