Every strong woman you see in the gym started from a place of uncertainty.
Lifting is how we rebuild our confidence, our identity, and our sense of self.
If you’re in that season…
You’re stronger than you think.
💛✨
It’s so much easier going into the new year with already established good habits that will help you achieve your goals no matter the time of year. But, not everyone can say the same and so many people will go into 2025 with no goal and no plan.
Let this be a gentle reminder to start working on your 2025 goals TODAY!
🌸 Gentle Reminder: You can’t pour from an empty cup. Take care of you, too. 🌸 Gentle Reminder: You can’t pour from an empty cup. Take care of you, too.

Taking care of YOU isn’t selfish—it’s essential.
•A 15-minute walk can clear your mind.
•A quick workout can give you energy to tackle the day.
•Even 10 deep breaths can reset your mood.
When you prioritize your health, you’re not just helping yourself—you’re becoming stronger, more present, and more capable for your family. Remember, you’re their rock, and they need you at your best.
The Solution? Start small:
•15 minutes a day: That’s all it takes to start.
•Wake up 20 minutes earlier or move while your kids nap.
•Swap one Netflix episode for a quick workout (your future self will thank you).
•Stop overthinking. It doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to happen.
Your health deserves to be at the top of your to-do list. The time is there—you just need to stop wasting it.
What’s ONE thing you’ll change today to make time for your health? Drop it in the comments below. Let’s commit together.

I don’t know if I’m the only one but I just went to do a grocery shop with my newborn and toddler and while I was walking, two parents walk closely past me with their sick toddlers in a trolley that coughed over me and kids. I instantly just felt yuck and wanted to get out of there as soon as I could.
Sick kids around my newborn and toddler is a big no no - yes I know it’s sometimes unavoidable but I still don’t want my little ones getting sick
Just to clarify, this specific grocery store you can actually order your groceries at no extra cost and pick it up outside. Why risk other kids getting sick while you as a parent stroll around in the shop while your kid has a nasty cough.
And I’m not hating on sick kids, I have two little ones myself and it’s tough when they get sick.
The forgotten men & women will be forgotten no longer.
