First #mnleg retirement announcement: 4-term Rep. @JerryNewtonMN, who also served 2 Senate terms, won't run in 2024. "I noted to the caucus yesterday that the bill, HF1937 (his budget bill), happens to be my year of birth. It's time for me to think about my next career."
