For folks who've been asking, here's the agreement on teacher salaries: Overall, base pay rises 8% before state/local supplements and bonuses. Depending on a teacher's experience, they'll get anywhere from 5.5% to 17.1%, with larger raises going to newer teachers. #ncpol #nced
