Two Ball Wall Catch! 🏐🙌🏻💥 Simple activity that focuses upon the hand eye coordination of pupils. Begin with one ball working from one pupil to another before progressing.

Pass & Receive Progressions! 🏐 Some excellent ideas that focus upon passing, ball handling and movement. Activities can be used in isolation but I am a big fan of how fluid and smooth each progression within this activity is applied.

Cognitive Catching! 🧠⚽️🏀 Great activity that gets the cogs turning! Transferable idea to a wide range of sports. Rotate the feeder regularly and see which 3 can put together the longest streak!

I heard @adamboxer1 explaining this simple but effective strategy to enhance Cold Calling. Really useful little tweak to ensure more students are involved for longer.

After being inspired by a post on here, I have attempted to create my own application of Rosenshine’s Principles in PE. I’m a little nervous releasing this into #EduTwitter but would love your feedback. Whilst PE is so much more than skills, it seemed the easiest place to start.
