How many years of teaching would you say is needed to have enough experience for your first teaching job?
I have been teaching for 2 years as a supply and but feedback is always that I havenโt got as much experience as the successful candidate ๐

I completed NQT on supply in just a year and 3 months! As I thought it would gain me the experience. I feel I am still an early career teacher and wouldnโt be expensive to employ. Could maternity cover get my foot in the door? Idk what to do.. @MrTs_NQTs

Over the summer break before my supply teaching with @ndeducation I worked with @Prostars_FSE for 5 weeks with children aged 5-11. We played many fun activities including sports and craft โฝ๏ธ๐จ Absolutely love working with children #teacherlife ๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ซ
