And I think this problem is more common than people think. Zero routine, lack of purpose, months worth of exhaustion all swishing around in your brain, keep an eye on your teacher friends!!

Having a democratic classroom is marvellous until the little cherubs organise a secret vote during breaktime to completley outvote your decision to do the maths assessment when they come back in.

We are with these kids all day long, we can already spot when something is wrong. Identitication is not the problem. We need funding for school based psychologists, counsellers and interventions.

I think this letter, that came home with an upset 9 year old girl today. Shows that as a country/society, we have not progressed one cm in 30 years. #quarterpenny lives and breathes design & technology and can't understand why she has to do cooking and drama

Today I asked my class to get into groups and act out a Greek myth. 15 mins later I found one kid lying down behind my desk. He told me he was the river. I asked him to perform. (1/2)
