The flashing elements exist to ensure our high-urgency video briefs cut through noise and drive capable people to utilize our critical search and rescue platform to save missing kids.

One of the kids in our special needs group is prone to seizures. He had to turn off auto-play for videos and GIFs on his AAC device. That's what Epilepsy Foundation recommends.
These folks can actively participate in search and rescue efforts by sharing.
