Very well written. Leaders from opposition as well as the ruling party must pay attention to this article, who are always in hurry to pay homage to Netaji on 18th August #DeclassifyNetajiFiles #JusticeForSubhas #MissionNetaji

Yesterday, politicians still stuck in the Nehru-Gandhi echo chamber went after @KanganaTeam with pitchforks for acknowledging Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose as the real first Prime Minister of independent India. It’s clear, these brain-dead politicos can’t muster an ounce of respect for our freedom fighters—it’s just not in their colonial-kiss-up DNA. It’s high time we set the record straight: Netaji was indeed the first PM. Here’s why... Establishment of the Provisional Government: Bose's formation of the Azad Hind Government on October 21, 1943, is a de facto exercise of statecraft and governance, embodying the role of a Prime Minister in exile. This government enacted laws, levied taxes, and established its own military force, directly paralleling the functions of an independent nation's executive leadership. Legal Framework and Governance: The Azad Hind Government, under Bose's leadership, promulgated its constitution, demonstrating sovereign intent and governance capabilities akin to those of a Prime Minister. International Recognition: The recognition of the Azad Hind Government by eleven countries underscores the international community's acknowledgment of Bose's government as a legitimate entity, a cornerstone in the legal status of nations and their leaders. Command over Armed Forces: The supreme command of the Indian National Army (INA) vested in Bose, aligning with the constitutional roles typically held by Prime Ministers in matters of national defense and military strategy. Strategic Contributions to Independence: The military campaigns led by Bose and the INA played a pivotal role in altering the course of India's struggle for independence, a factor acknowledged by contemporary British leadership, attributing a prime ministerial level of influence and decision-making to Bose's actions. Precedents in Historical Context: The acknowledgment of leaders of provisional or revolutionary governments as the de facto heads of state or government is well-established in international history. -George Washington led the Continental Army before becoming the first President of the United States. -David Ben Gurion was the head of the Jewish Agency before proclaiming Israel's independence and becoming its first Prime Minister. -Ho Chi Minh declared Vietnam's independence and served as President after leading its revolutionary government. Legal Reasoning: From a legal standpoint, the establishment of a government, the enactment of a constitution, and the international recognition thereof are critical indicators of state sovereignty and leadership. Bose’s actions and the Azad Hind Government's functions satisfy these criteria, mirroring the responsibilities and powers typically associated with the office of a Prime Minister. While Neta ji tirelessly fought for India’s freedom, certain future leaders indulged in luxury, courtesy of the very British oppressors Bose sought to overthrow. This stark contrast lays bare a grave betrayal; they conspired to erase him from the narrative and ensured his disappearance. They forced Netaji to live a life in obscurity and exile. To this day, we remain unaware of the facts surrounding his disappearance. Criticizing and mocking Kangana Ranaut for recognizing Neta ji as the first Prime Minister of India continues that colonial and betrayal mindset, disrespecting the sacrifices made for India’s freedom.
