With all the issues over the EES system in EU airports, in the last couple of months i’ve been to/from St Pancras, Warsaw, Berlin, Munich, Linate and Amsterdam, and yet to have a major issue (ie more than 15 mins).
Helps if you are at the front of the plane though… 😉
