🏰 Development Update Auction House & Guild Plot Integration Things are heating up in the Town of Arudine! 🔥 The Auction House is nearing a testable state, bringing player-to-player trading to life. 💰 Sales commissions now feed into Guild Plot NFT metadata so owners can see and claim accumulating rewards. We’re also exploring Guild Charters where setup fees go to the plot owner, providing more income stream to the owner. 🏠 Each house will soon show live item tables linked across all servers, a living marketplace where owners will not have to pay auction house fees and will get more visibility considering its server wide. 🛠️ Huge thanks to @XRPJunkies !! That’s very true! What they built, Nexus, is quite amazing! NFT full functionality, I’m talking about mint/burn NFTs, multiple collections, smart calls that have layers of even more functionality, metadata storage for users. You can basically build an entire game with their API and even comes with an SDK for Unity. We minted our original nft collections with Sologenic and had major issues because they control the metadata for NFTs which prevents developers from being able to modify stats and other variables to balance out game items. With Nexus, now we can mint NFTs and have their metadata stored in an aws s3 bucket of our choice. HUGE UPGRADE!! Not to mention we can charge our XRPL token we created through Nexus to mint NFTs. It’s so cool I can’t even say it enough.

Love the Xaman sign-in feature, clutch! At @NexusXRPL they have fine tuned this with so many cool features, registration, sign-in, mint/burn NFTs, custom AWS-S3 bucket targetting for the NFT metadata, you name it they have built it on top of their stack.
