LMM proves surface quality in metal AM with Ra value of down to 2µm after sintering (w/o surface treatment). We're using electropolishing technology to attain Ra values as low as 0.07µm. Imagine surfaces so smooth & shiny, they rival those produced by traditional manufacturing!

I am always very impressed about what our customers achieve with their ideas and applications and with our technology! Well done!
While it may resemble transparent titanium, this impressive 30µm filter mesh with 400µm thickness is made using @MicroMIM_Europe's Incus LMM technology. This is just one example of the countless possibilities that additive manufacturing can offer!

This week, Hammer Lab35 was installed at IMDEA Nano, an expert in research in #nanotechnology. The use of the advanced metal #3Dprinter from Incus will allow IMDEA to develop materials with optimized properties for applications in the energy, transport, & medical sectors.
