Three calls (3 hours) later, I got hard-to-understand customer service and zero assurance I won’t be hit with overdraft fees.

Hey, @Chase, here’s a New Year’s resolution for you: fix your online transfers and your customer care. Told on Dec 29 my transfer would clear before Jan 1… now it’s “on hold” until Jan 2 — perfect timing to miss automated bill payments.

My PhD advisor, @jjmccluskey, sent me this photo showing our paper featured in the plenary session at International Conference of Agricultural Economists. It's very rewarding to see what started as a job market paper a few years ago is creating an impact across world. #iaae2024

New publication alert: Did you know that club apples (like Pink Lady) command a price premium for their juicier, tangy taste but are getting more affordable as more club varieties hit the market? 🍏 Check out our latest paper to learn more! onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/…

The best part about being a professor is seeing the successes of your students. @BadruddozaSyed & @ModhurimaAmin came back to @WSUPullman to be hooded. They graduated in '20 when was no ceremony. Now they are both Assistant Profs & already advising their own doctoral students.
