Market price is literally at an all time low.
And the imports keep coming.
It's like the DOC's AD/CVD affirmative determination told the Chinese manufactures "Duties are coming -- Keep dumping fast until June!"

When the Treasury was drafting the IRA did they intend to allow Chinese companies to take US tax credits back to China? I get the drive to grow US manufacturing / jobs, but this doesn't sit right.
