There's at least 1 GW of product in the US market currently. Market price is literally at an all time low. And the imports keep coming. It's like the DOC's AD/CVD affirmative determination told the Chinese manufactures "Duties are coming -- Keep dumping fast until June!"

Imports from the large Chinese manufactures in SE Asia continue to flood the US market at record low prices. 39c EXW, US whse is today's market price for commercial product.
