12,000 people signed up for Hub.
Now it’s opening. 💥
Hub was originally planned as a way for users to start earning too, but Canton’s rewards structure changed, so we had to rethink the first version.
For now, Hub starts as the place to link your accounts, confirm your email, and prepare for the next Modulo access waves.
Everyone can enter Hub now. Users who filled out the form will be prioritized as we move through access. Earning inside Hub is still part of the plan.
More features, actions, and reward paths are coming.

$MOD is now integrated on @HandlPay for trading and transfers, expanding the Modulo token across the growing ecosystem around it.
With Modulo, Cantex, Cansai, and now Handl in the orbit, $MOD is becoming more connected across the apps where activity happens.
We will share more details on the partnership soon.
Roughly 59% of Canton rewards now flow toward Featured Apps.
That number matters.
It means the network is pushing more of the upside toward the products that create actual activity.
For builders, that changes the game from “pay to use the chain” to “earn when your app creates usage.”
Featured App Locking is now part of Canton.
Good.
The ecosystem should reward teams that are actually committed to staying, building, and bringing real users onchain.
Modulo will meet the requirement.
We’re here to stay, and we’re going to keep building.💪
Canton Network approved CIP-0116, requiring on-chain $CC locks for Featured Apps: 5M CC for non-issuers and 25M CC for issuers. Existing Featured Apps have 30 days to comply.

Today marks the last day of Modulo’s extension phase.
The extension got us to our first users, first rewards flow, first feedback loops, and the foundation for what Modulo is becoming.
Now the product moves fully into the web app.
Hub is open. Rewards, accounts, and future features have a cleaner place to grow.

ICYMI: existing extension users have 5 days left to migrate to the web app.
After the deadline, rewards will continue through the Modulo web app and the extension will no longer support the old rewards flow.
Make sure your web app account is ready and use the same email connected to your Modulo account.🔗
Happy Bitcoin Pizza Day 🍕
From 10,000 BTC for two pizzas to entire ecosystems being built onchain.
Crypto has come a long way.
Still, the lesson is the same: early things usually look weird before they look obvious.
We’re updating how unclaimed extension rewards are handled.
Since the old extension claim flow is not reliable for everyone, remaining unclaimed accrued rewards will be handled through the web app.
Paid subscribers will receive the full unclaimed amount in the web app. Free users will receive a smaller reward credit.

People do not remember every feature.
They remember what changed for them.
What they can do now.
What felt easier.

Having a full web app makes Modulo accessible from every browser and every device possible. 📱
Modulo has a home now.
The extension helped us get the first version into users’ hands. The web app gives the experience room to become clearer, easier to access, and easier to expand.
First wave is moving in.
