Mog morning~!! I went to the store last week and saw they had this ube coconut spread pouch thing. So, I made a peanut butter avo ube sandwich.
I have to say, on its own it's kinda too sweet but it does hit on other things. 8/10
Of course Good Shepherd ube jam is still peak, but this is a p good alternative and more accessible from where I'm at. The choice of coconut as a way to add flavor and make it spreadable it a p good one :3
I literally haven't touched my ewi in almost a year so excuse my rustiness, but I listened to Littleroot Town earlier this week and couldn't get it out of head
Backing track by VGMTracksArcadia
the fun thing about ewi over the saxophone is that I can play this baby in the dead of night without anyone waking up
the bad thing is that I have to deal with the octave rollers, bleh
Ukulele cover 24 of 53 - Live and Die by The Avett Brothers
Seth and Scott (the titular brothers) are my favorite singers and do such amazing harmonies, love singing this tune from them (even though playing on ukulele is a pain lol)
Been jamming out to Last Dinosaur's full live set that I didn't even know it had passed an hour. I would looove to see them live one day

Finished recording tomorrow's ukulele cover, not feeling the most confident on it buuut starting to come around to it the more I listen to it
I'm sure if I repeat it like 30 times I'll start thinking it's fine
I've said this before: joining music in schools gave me a place in life, studying music in college utterly destroyed me, and learning to teach music put it all together for me
I don't think I can be the best music teacher, but I want to be the best I can be for these kiddos
I put on a playlist of 80's music videos as I was working this morning, and New Order's "Bizzare Love Triangle" came up
I legit had to stop what I was doing and just listen. What an extremely timeless masterpiece of a tune
