We're an inclusive running club, for all abilities. We train on Tuesdays at V36 & Thursday at 7pm, leaving from Nortel Social Club, Monkstown Avenue.

Massive congratulations to @andrew_mccrea for his PB at Edinburgh marathon on Sunday. Sub 2:50 and bettering his own club marathon record. A phenomenal performance based on six months of hard training.

Really enjoyed the @MonkstownAC Belfast Zoo 5k...except for my own daughter shouting at me whilst plodding past on the first of two laps, "Run faster fatty!" and then creasing herself laughing about it. 😆 Well done to all involved. 🦒🐅🦁🦍🦧🏃🏼🏃♀️
