Monday. Leg day with some core. Rack first. Treadmill after. Texas finally remembered it has a winter setting so had to put some miles in. When the weather taps out, the work doesn’t. Legs shaking, lungs hot, mind locked in. Seasons change. Discipline doesn’t. Show up anyway.

I’m officially down 100 pounds in 14 months because I stopped lying to myself. Ran when I didn’t want to. Lifted heavy when it hurt. Ate clean when it sucked. Slept hard so I could recover. Chose the hard right over the easy wrong. No quit. No shortcuts. Just discipline.
