As always, had the best time @PhantomPeakUK for the #BurningBlimp Festival on Saturday. Went at a chilled pace and completed two more trails - the Todrick the Toad one and the Winnie the Pooh one. Definitely one of the best immersive experiences London has to offer! @Moranfox

Today we had the most horrific, abusive customer we have ever had. Gaslighting, physically and mentally abusive. As she left she threatened to destroy my life. Absolutely insane stuff.
