Adobe just published its' Digital Trends 2020 report. While focussed on digital marketing, switch out the word 'customer' for 'learner' and many of the key messages apply equally well to higher education adobe.ly/2LwWQCz

Thatβs a great question, and totally the reason I donβt have a Facebook account! My main involvement with social media is publishing and reading self-hosted blogs although as this conversation shows, itβs hard to avoid Twitter altogether! What are your thoughts?
