well i decided to finally try and import stuff into unity and holy did i fail often like it just showed screws but in the end i did it but its kind of janky with the rotation if im honest so here some bloopers

since i got magnet powers i thought it would be fitting to make a magnet that ingame will turn with your ball to like look at you while you hang around it and emit those magnetic waves

so another thing for my game today, since i got blackholes in it i made one in blender that looks a bit better than the one i made in unity

welp i accidentally pulled my mouse too far when i was beveling and crashed my whole pc with how much cpu power it used so this is the last image i recovered, it was supposed to be a dice with a marble material but consider it a sneak peek for now i guess

well its been a day and since im slowly finishing up my game and got coins in it i decided to make a faintly glowing coin for it

welp nvm what i made yesterday looks worse than what i did today with proper tutorials and i think im slowly getting the hang of making stuff look good and shiny, i just made a shiny nut screw and two mirror like marbles and also found out what hdri images are now

well yesterday i tried to figure out how to make it look good and explored the properties a bit and it looks better than the grey plastic look

i dont know what to do anymore for learning as blender seems actually pretty simple (beside the rendering part) so i decided to start with something for my game and made a tire looking thing for the player

so i made a tree and a mushroom and not having a roadmap or anything i thought maybe a chest would be a good next step so i made that and it looks good tbh

well its not as easy as i thought but its getting better atleast because today with alot of help and tutorial hell i made a tree now, a kind of step up from a mushroom in my opinion and since it looked good i made it blocky instead of voxely

well i realized my game looks shit in unity and i need to learn how to make better graphics, easier said then done so i decided to try out blender and holy fuck is it confusing but today with alot of help from the internet i was able to make a simple smooth mushroom

its been a minute so whats new? as requested there is red capsule collectibles now and a small counter for it on the bottom right and you cant win without having all 3

whats new today? invisible temporary walls so you cant skip half the level anymore Im slowly running out of ideas on what to add so if yall got suggestions let me know

Yesterday i have added a new ghost system now where if you finish the level once you race your own ghost like in trackmania

Unity progress update Added a pause screen that freezes the game and toggles with ESC Skins coming next

Unity progress update Fixed the menu and added a level select screen. Level 2 is locked until you beat Level 1 Each level spawns you at its designated spot, and I fixed the camera so it no longer clips through objects
