Construction sites across the country are pausing today for the National Safety Stand-Down. Our crews will be taking part in toolbox talks, check-ins, and open conversations around the practices that keep everyone protected on the job.

It starts early on site. Hard hats on, boots in the mud, plans spread out and conversations happening face to face. This stage of a project does not look polished yet, but it is where everything important gets set in motion. Time spent together in the field matters.
