WRACK & THE MOURNE COAST Mill Bay near Greencastle contains the remains of one of the most extensive stone wrack beds in Ireland. You can see the long parallel banks of stone which were placed on the foreshore to encourage seaweed to grow. Farmers harvested it for fertiliser.
