Propaganda ! The regime is rewriting the meaning of a consultation. You cannot rule out that everyone in Zimbabwe supports the bill (CAB.3) simply because you held a bog*s consultation. Give the people the right to decide, through a referendum. You can't even say, 'We will win an election.' The 3 political terms are different !
