Thank you, Klein Oak Jazz Band, for an incredible debut concert. I’m so excited for the progress that we have made, and for the next steps in our journey. As Ray Brown said: “Jazz is something you have to feel, something you have to live.” Let’s keep living, listening, learning.

I am in awe of the Klein Oak Football Team (@KLEINOAKFB). The Klein Oak Marching Band is performing our entire show here after a KO Football team win, and the football team has come to the stands to watch the band. Talk about #KOlture. This is leadership. THANK YOU OAK FOOTBALL!!

We just had the opportunity to spend a few days with one of my heroes, Richard Saucedo. He is a master teacher and composer, and I feel so lucky that I was able to learn from him. So humble and inspiring. Lucky to be a part of this KO Band team! #LifelongLearner #Leadership
