Want to know the biggest mistake people make with EMF mitigation? They start fixing before they even know what they’re dealing with. One of the biggest surprises in my EMF Home Safety Master Class is discovering that many wireless frequencies don’t just stay in the air. They can actually couple onto your home’s electrical wiring and ride throughout the entire system. It’s called dirty electricity. Think of it as the crossover episode nobody asked for. Wireless signals hitching a ride on the wiring in your walls, creating a form of electrical noise that can travel throughout the house and interact with your body in ways most people never consider. The crazy part? You’d never know it without measuring. That’s why Module One is all about understanding the tools. Building biologist Brian Hoyer and I break down the different types of EMF, the meters used to detect them, and how to identify what’s actually happening in your home instead of guessing. Want to conquer toxic EMF in your home? Measure first. Then you can make the smartest moves that have the biggest impact. 🔗 Join my free EMF Home Safety Master Class: lukestorey.com/emfmasterclas…

We've spent 10 years talking about how to build a healthier body and a better life. But eventually everyone runs into the questions that can't be biohacked. Questions about purpose. Loneliness. Relationships. Faith. Identity. Loss. Consciousness. The deeper meaning behind what we're experiencing. For this next AMA, I want to hear what's alive for you. The questions that keep returning. The lessons you're struggling to understand. No question is too weird. If it's real for you, ask it. 🔗 Drop your questions in the comments or visit lukestorey.com/suggestions

Cal (@CalCallahanTGU) built the kind of life most men spend their whole lives chasing. Then a night in Vegas showed him it wasn't the one he was meant to live. 🔗 Listen now: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcas… Cal Callahan walked away from a successful career in finance to host The Great Unlearn and build Unlearn Ventures, a fund and studio backing conscious projects that put people over profit. He lived the accumulation side of the equation long enough to know exactly what it costs. Net worth and self-worth are not the same thing, and most men find that out too late. Cal breaks down the season of unlearning, what his healing work with Kyle Coursey cracked open, why old patterns resurface, and what open-mindedness really requires. You'll learn: 🎙 [0:00] Introduction 🎙 [7:56] Why none of Cal’s success came to save him when it counted 🎙 [18:28] How a plant medicine glimpse fades without integration, and why habits snap back 🎙 [24:07] Net worth as a replacement for self-worth, and the 30-year accumulation trap 🎙 [33:39] Why $100 million three years ago would've landed him in the same pickle 🎙 [42:34] The currency of relationships and spotting transactional energy in the room 🎙 [1:17:59] Selling the float tank, unfollowing 1,500 people, and the lightness of purging 🎙 [1:27:55] Why open-mindedness means letting old information out, not just new in 🎙[1:44:21] Brandy Gilmore, the cops, and discovering a belief he didn't know was closed 🎙 [1:56:29] Resume virtues vs. eulogy virtues and the dark night that leads to liberation 🎙 [2:02:40] Boyd Varty, Adyashanti, and Ram Dass as the teachers who shaped him 🔗 lukestorey.com/cal

In case you’ve been living under a rock, there’s a psychedelic renaissance going on out there. But for all the conversation around mushrooms, LSD, ayahuasca, and altered states, one question rarely gets asked: Do we actually understand what we're doing? That's why I appreciate Zach Leary's Psychedelic Studies Intensive (@zachleary). What makes Zach unique isn't just his knowledge—it's his perspective. He grew up around many of the figures who helped shape the psychedelic movement, including Ram Dass and his father, Tim Leary. This course goes far beyond the typical discussions about substances and experiences. It explores the history, neuroscience, ethics, spirituality, integration, and responsibility that surround psychedelic work. The modern psychedelic movement is growing fast. This course helps you understand where it came from and where it's going. 🔗 Check out The Life Stylist episode 597 to learn more about Zach: lukestorey.com/zachleary If you’re serious about exploring consciousness, this is one of the most thoughtful and grounded psychedelic education programs you’ll find. 🔗 Visit zachleary.com/courses and use code LIFESTYLIST for 5% off.

Have you ever walked into someone's home and immediately felt different? Not because of the decor or the view. The space just felt good. Calm. Relaxed. Easy to be in. I've become fascinated by that over the years because I think our environments affect us far more than we've been taught to believe. That's one of the reasons I've used Quantum Upgrade (@Quantum_Upgrade) for so long. Part of what got me was their approach to EMFs. With Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cell towers, and wireless signals part of daily life now, Quantum Upgrade creates a more coherent environment, so those signals are less disruptive to the body. Skeptical? Check out their research on the effects on HRV, brainwave patterns, cellular energy, and other key markers of wellbeing. But the proof for me is what people say when they walk into our house. Pretty much everyone busts out with some version of the same thing: "It feels really good in here." Damn right it does. 🔗 Learn more about Quantum Upgrade on The Life Stylist episode 608: lukestorey.com/quantum3 A great life starts with a great environment. 🔗 Visit lukestorey.com/quantumupgrad… and use code LUKE15 to start your 15-day free trial.

For most of human history, we slept outside. Barefoot on the ground. Under the stars. In sync with natural light cycles and the Earth’s electromagnetic environment. Now we sleep surrounded by electrified wires, smart devices, wireless signals, magnetic fields, dirty electricity, and sometimes even geopathic stress. Then we wonder why deep, restorative sleep feels harder to come by. The bedroom isn't just where you sleep. It's where your body produces melatonin, regulates hormones, balances cortisol, repairs tissue, clears metabolic waste from the brain, and resets the nervous system. So if there's one place in your home worth optimizing, it's the place where you spend a third of your life. That's why so much of my EMF Home Safety Master Class focuses on the sleep environment. Building biologist Brian Hoyer and I walk you through real-world assessments covering all the forms of EMF you’re likely to encounter in your home. More importantly, we show you how to identify the biggest offenders and prioritize the fixes that matter most. You don't have to live off-grid. You just need a bedroom that gives your body the chance to recover, repair, and do what it was designed to do. 🔗 Join my free EMF Home Safety Master Class: lukestorey.com/emfmasterclas…

Can you reset your life in just one session? 🔗 Listen now: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcas… The work I'd done for 30 years hit a ceiling I didn't know existed until Kyle's hands found it. Kyle Coursey is the creator of THE RESET, and he works with people who've already done the therapy, the medicine, and the modalities… but still feel something is untouched underneath. What happened in our session changed how I think about healing. Twelve plus hours, no timer, no exit. Talk first, then bodywork, then mushrooms, then breath, then a relationship with pain I'd spent my whole life running from. I came out of it realizing how much subpar living I'd tolerated, how little nurturing I'd actually received, and how much energy I was burning to keep old stories intact. We get into why the body holds what the mind can't reach, and what it means to receive. If you've been circling the same patterns for years, this one is worth your full attention. You’ll learn: 🎙 [0:00] Introduction 🎙 [11:20] When the mushrooms work through someone else's hands instead of your own body 🎙 [16:27] Why touch bypasses the intellect and reaches places talk therapy never can 🎙 [34:09] The 12 to 20-hour session format and why time constructs sabotage real healing 🎙 [46:54] How double-clicking on the irrelevant details reveals what actually runs your life 🎙 [1:06:22] Inhabiting the client: the part of the process Kyle rarely talks about 🎙 [1:13:06] Why receiving feels so threatening and what happens when you finally let it in 🎙 [1:51:08] Breath, vocalization, and visualization as the missing trinity in healing work 🎙 [2:16:13] Pain as a doorway: using exposure to backdoor into subconscious belief systems 🎙 [2:38:29] Why CEOs and high performers are finding more ROI here than in any biohack 🔗 lukestorey.com/kyle

Imagine getting all the social upside of a drink without paying for it the next morning. Most people aren’t really drinking for the alcohol itself. They’re drinking for the ritual. The signal that the workday is over. The chance to relax with friends. The feeling of being present for a summer evening. The problem? Alcohol often takes a steep toll for that experience. Poor sleep, dehydration, brain fog, and that familiar feeling of waking up less than your best. That’s why my summers are fueled by Vesper from Pique (@pique). It’s become my go-to for dinners, pool days, and summer hangouts, because it gives me the social experience I want without sacrificing how I feel the next morning. The formula combines organic botanicals like lemon balm, tart cherry, damiana, and L-theanine to help create a relaxed, uplifted state that feels clear rather than clouded. I’m not dulling my awareness. I’m enhancing the moment while still feeling like myself. That’s the sweet spot. 🔗 Check out The Life Stylist episode 604 to learn more about what makes Pique unique: lukestorey.com/piquelife A great evening, meaningful connection, and a clear head when tomorrow arrives. 🔗 Visit piquelife.com/luke and get 15% off for life when you subscribe.

A lot of people think they have a stress problem . . . when what they actually have is a recovery problem. Here’s what most people don’t realize: magnesium is involved in hundreds of processes throughout the body, including stress regulation, nervous system function, recovery, and sleep quality. The problem is that modern life burns through magnesium stores fast. Work stress. Travel. Hard training. Constant notifications. Too much screen time. It all adds up. And that can create a nasty cycle. The lower your magnesium levels get, the harder it becomes for your nervous system to calm down and recover. And the more stressed and overstimulated you become, the faster your body burns through magnesium. That’s one of the reasons I keep Magnesium Breakthrough from BiOptimizers (@BiOptimizers) locked into my nightly routine. Unlike most magnesium supplements that rely on a single form, Magnesium Breakthrough contains all seven forms of magnesium your body uses for energy production, recovery, and deeper sleep. I started taking it for better sleep. But what I really noticed was how much more resilient I felt during the day. 🔗 Check out The Life Stylist episode 501 to learn more about BiOptimizers and their mission: lukestorey.com/dietwars When your system gets what it needs, everything just works better. 🔗 Visit bioptimizers.com/luke and use code LUKE15 to save 15%. Ever notice how one part of a house feels amazing . . . and another part just feels off? Ancient cultures paid far more attention to this than we do today. Long before EMF meters, building biologists, and electrical grids, people understood that certain locations seemed to support health and vitality, while others were associated with illness, bad luck, or persistent hardship. In some cases, entire traditions emerged around avoiding certain areas of land or designating them as sacred spaces. Fast forward to today, and researchers, dowsers, and environmental investigators have spent decades studying these locations. In many cases, they’ve found unusual geologic and electromagnetic features beneath the surface—underground water veins, fault lines, mineral deposits, and disturbances in the Earth’s magnetic field. This is the subject of Module Five in my EMF Home Safety Master Class. Building biologist Brian Hoyer and I explore what’s called geopathic stress, how it differs from manmade EMF, and why some locations consistently seem to affect sleep, recovery, focus, and wellbeing. You can’t unplug geopathic stress or switch it off at the breaker. But once you identify it, you can make informed decisions about where you spend your time and how you organize your environment. 🔗 Join my free EMF Home Safety Master Class: lukestorey.com/emfmasterclas…
