I loved meeting Chloe @EmmausNorfolk_W where she lives and works with 30 other people who were previously homeless. She says they are like a big family and they have supported her to stop drinking, after becoming addicted to alcohol at the age of 11.

The mum of a paramedic who took her own life says she was abandoned by her mental health team. Rebecca wanted to be a paramedic from the age of 3 and lived for her job. If she couldn’t access support then what hope is there for others, her mum asks. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-68…

Our calculations show high energy use households like Yvette's spend £809 more a year than average (based on Ofgem figures). It's unconscionable that #disability #CostOfLiving payments stopped last summer. Government should announce support in the Spring Budget if not before.
Yvette doesn’t eat dinner since a cost of living payment from the govt ended. She needs her heating on because her disabled daughter can’t regulate her body temperature. Charities like @scope and @sensecharity are asking for the payment to be reinstated bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-68…

Andy @andymay_76 stole more than a million pounds and gambled it all away. He only got out of prison in the summer. But he is rebuilding his life and speaking out to help other people with gambling addictions. Thanks for trusting me with your story. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-no…

Thank you to @MrsCharlieJones for helping me share my story. Really tough when it's such personal stuff, but I know 100% I'm doing it for the right reason. If it just helps persuade someone struggling to reach out for help then it's done it's job. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-no…
