The Grade 3’s along with other classes in our school community came together to clean up the garbage we found around our school area.

Today we took part in the “Water Walk”. Students were able to put themselves in the shoes of others and reflected on the importance of having clean water 💧#EarthWeek2023
Each classroom community came together into one large table group for Holy Thursday to share the breaking of the bread. We reflected on why this day is so significant and had great conversations about the weekend ahead. #HolyThursday#Easter
Palm Sunday commemorates Christ’s entrance into Jerusalem where he was greeted by people waving palm branches. This day marks the beginning of Holy Week and Christ’s march towards his crucifixion.

Students loved “Saving Fred”! This STEM activity had students working together to try and figure out how they were going to save Fred by using only a paper clip and other collaborative strategies. It was so great to see and hear students working together, they were so excited👏🏼👍🏼
Today the Grade 3’s learned some French with the Grade 6’s to prepare for next year! Students were able to tell me their favourite colour and how they were feeling in French! WOW!Merci, Grade 6’s 👏🏼🇫🇷
Today we had such a FANTASTIC time learning about our new @umbrellapjct skill “Healthy Lifestyle” thanks to our amazing planning time teachers! What a great way to move our bodies as a school community. We loved it 👍🏼
