It is sad to see that budget curs mean EA and DECE dont deserve a device even though they are expected to access and document learning. And future teacher devices will be less than ideal. And encouragement of byod which creates inequity.

Sure spend $30 million on a jet (aha now the island airport reasons are clear) but heaven's no, can't spend money to fix schools or hire staff or even keep staff.

Argh @StarbucksCanada off by 1 min! I ordered at what I thought was before 11 am but the app says 11:01 so no bonus stars. Didn't even want the more expensive machiatto... could have gotten a venti pike for half the cost. Not going to go out of my way anymore. π

So we got 10 cm ish. Up north that is a daily thing. Then again, they know how to plow and build to allow for snowbanks.
It's a beautiful sunny π morning.

So had to spend over an hour clearing the road and pushing water so water could find storm drain last night. Snowbank already 2-3 ft out into road in December. Not sure @citywaterloo plowing rates very well. I feel for those with mobility issues.

Dear @amazonca . I opened my cereal order and the boxes were crushed. I'm not sure I can even trust them It is apparently past the return time (lesson learned that cereal only has 30 days) . Please ship food in boxes and not bags. π«€

What Algoma..already a huge area for a board... and Waterloo need vs Toronto is vastly different. Removing the local voice is a no win except fir private. Will the Catholic boards be brought in too?
