The model we used at St Curhbert’s - we just called it Teach, Practice and Apply (TPA)…_ A strong focus on the direct teaching input. It built resilience, learner independence and supported differentiation. @MrsG_DHT here it is in the St C curriculum and pedagogy rationale.

It's vital that we look beyond the behaviour and understand what hidden issues may be causing pupils to misbehave at school.

No offence to my teaching colleagues but why are we still encouraging end of term presents for teachers when so many children are living in poverty. This significantly adds stress to families to keep up.
