I live outside of Baltimore. My local bird group posted about a legitimate Sandhill Crane spotting nearby. Cool! Heard of it but never seen one, not typically seen here. Sent my sister who works nearby, and she got an ok picture this afternoon. #birds #birdwatching

That led to me (professed non-bird nerd) talking about the Sandhill Crane all day, and then taking daughter to look after work. Only took 5 minutes of searching #birdwatching and we found it! So cool! Poor quality pics but something we won’t forget! Hooray nature! #birds 3/3
