A3: Sharing activities with learners is key. Breathing, mindfulness. Learners need to be taught to play and create. It isn't intuitive. The older I get, the more I value reflection and mindfulness. #CISDLearns

A1: Before designing an assessment, I consider the HPLS, timeliness of the assessment, background knowledge of learners and ultimate learning objective. My second step is to determine an equitable platform for administering it to both f2f and virtual learners.
