This is why I like working with a trust of 9 schools (& occasional other schools, depending on capacity). You can continue to work together to build, review, adapt & address as needed. It's a partnership & everyone is working towards an agreed & specific goal. Not 1 hit wonders

This is what happens when you cherry pick research. The idea that working memory has limited 'slots' available which can be filled by lined paper or bins shows we need a better discussion around working memory and how these ideas are applied to education.
