Imagine you work in an office, and are asked to run a workshop. It's 1 hour, you need to do a presentation for part of the time and then create some activities for people to do.
And then you find out you have 6 minutes allocated to prepare all this.
That's how 10% PPA time works.

Hi @NatWest_Help I know mortgage lines are busy, but I waited an hour to be put through to someone who then told me I had come through to the wrong place, said they’d transfer me and now I’m at the back of the queue facing another 40 minute wait! 😫
