Very unhappy with @Kohls. Went to use my over $200 in Kohls cash today only-it was digitally stolen and redeemed by someone else. Agent on chat informed me the four different bar codes were redeemed in store in two different states across 3 days while I’m out of the country-(1/2)

By the way, you can do the math. If I had over $200 in Kohls cash, clearly I was a regular customer. But if @Kohls is going to steal my money I will never go back. For everyone else, buyer beware!

(2/2) Just as she was about to help me a chat “manager” interrupted the chat and shut it down, saying they have had complaints before. He then disconnected the chat before I could even reply. This is beyond ridiculous. I have screenshots to prove it. @Kohls you need to fix this.

My 8yo daughter met a girl at summer camp last year named "Internet." I said no way, that can't be her name but my daughter has been adamant. For almost a year we've been having this discussion.
