@McDonaldsUK just got stuck in the accessible toilet at your Wembley restaurant. Pulled the cord & no-one responded. Shouted & banged on the door and a member of the public alerted staff. I told staff that the door would not open from the inside and she just shrugged. Really?!

What is your procedure for responding to an alarm? What if there was a real emergency situation? I had two distressed children (one of whom has additional needs, hence using the accessible toilet), I would expect to be taken seriously and not simply dismissed with a shrug.
