Had an incredible Family PE Week @DSMChristian school last week! Over 350 family members making movement a priority. Was able to use fun activities learned from @MsBarclayPE and @pe4everykid to run classes of 45 people in the gym at a time. #FamilieslovePE @OPENPhysEd @letsmove

Lots of ways to play, our Ss decided on win = favorite exercise, lose = 1 jogging lap. Lose 2x=favorite exercise and new card! #physed

Called this one “Rolling Into Summer”! Thanks @BarbaraBorden9 for the idea! Partner pairs take turns rolling their ball from their polyspot towards a hoop with a pin in it. Roll it into a ⭕️ with 1 pin = 1 token, 2 pins = 2 tokens, etc. Ss ❤️ this one! #elementarype #iahperd

A7: Insecurities are a real thing for a lot of us. I would say keep the students first! Be honest that you are learning too and go on the journey together. Bring in outside help, use tech resources, and remember to HAVE FUN! #iahperdchat
