I love AI... until I need customer service. ๐
Last night I sat down to watch the NBA Finals. Turned on my cable (which I barely use) and got an "Initializing" error. No problem, I called customer support.
Enter AI Agent #1.
"Please unplug the box and plug it back in."
I did.

He assured me a ticket was logged & someone would call me. Fast forward to today: no call.
I called back & was told...THERE WAS NO TICKET LOGGED.๐ They logged it again.
World Cup is around the corner, NBA Finals are on &my cable is still "initializing."

So what happened after this ? The hole was neatly cut into a square and filled with stones. Fast forward to today: the stones have washed away, and we're left with a square pothole instead of a round one.
