Award for worst customer service over the 22 Holidays? For me it was @crocs. Ordered for my son Dec 4. Over 5 hours on hold (cumulatively) & 3 emails with no response. With a week til Xmas I ordered from a sport store site and they arrived in time to wrap. Crocs order came 29.🙈

I totally understand the climate in which we live...but how can I catch up 10 students in 3 different classes that have all missed 5-15 classes. This isn't me complaining...I'm actually asking how? (Lessons posted online already)

The technological advances in my lifetime have been astounding: self driving cars, drones that deliver packages, nanobots to repair cell damage...SCIENCE, why can we not create a pump that let's you easily access the last 1/2" of product in your bottle?
