Can we be having space to openly discuss medics’ mental health? It’s not easy. We spend so much time caring for others, but who checks on us?

That top tank story… There was a guy I was kinda seeing, and one day I visited his mum’s place in Kathwana. They had a shortage of water and were walking Kms to fetch it. My supposed mother in law asked me if I can get 100L water tank to store water instead I bought that one thinking it was wise to get a bigger tank and asked this water boozer to supply water to her in every 2weeks . How I ended up collecting my tank is a story for another day. Enjoy your the rest of your day

Pole sana, I'm in Banana. Board a 106 matatu, sit with the driver, ask him if he knows Dîgôh (he must because I'm famous I play football) tell him you're going at a small village called Victory. Uber will be fast, your car more faster. Utanipata sun balling my balls hapa Thimbigua. See you.

Madaktariii... Nurses! Clinicians! Kesho tufanye bonge la X-Spaces, tujumuike, tusaidiane. I have suffered enough recently, I have seen my colleagues in healthcare suffer and carry the burden silently. As a unionist I can't take it anymore. We shall be meeting and debriefing each other. We shall install programs and platforms to help each other. Makueni doctors, a physical meet up is coming soon, courtesy of the Branch Leadership and daktari @masila_joe. Stay put! My last relationship taught me that the more chances you give someone, the less they value you. They’re not afraid to lose you because they know no matter what, you won’t walk away. Never let someone get too comfortable with disrespecting you. Love yourself first.
