This week in #artclass: This student was so proud to have his #pixelart hanging outside our classroom, he asked me to take a picture for his mom 🥹! We won’t have to hang these on a rope for much longer because I have some of my own display cases on the way!
This week in #artclass- as reward for great behavior and all work being turned in on time, students get to create #papermache swords! Students sketch their ideas, measure, cut and create all on their own! The #creativity has been amazing!
Our 2223 Sneaker Ball was a success! A special thanks goes to our teachers who volunteered their time and @Wunderlich_PTO for ensuring our students had a blast! Another great event in the books!!! Thank you @MsRiveira for the artwork! I appreciate all of you! 🫶🏾
Last day before Christmas break, we needed some fun! We played a drawing game and the students had to draw a Christmas scene following my directions. This was a blast!
Today, a student dropped a bottle of cologne and broke it all over the floor causing us to have class outside (The smell was SO overwhelming)This student saw an opportunity to sharpen his math skills. Learning never takes a break 🧠 even when life tries to get in the way! #wiswin
This week in Path, we are learning the value of following directions! Students followed various specific instructions. Yesterday, we made paper airplanes and had a contest today! This student won most creative 😂 (and it also went pretty far!)
This is teacher life. My desk is always a mess. I clean it up every day but by the end of the day, it’s a scattered pile of craziness. You can hardly even see my TROPHY for winning Top Cat this week 💁🏽♀️ 🏆 but this is the best job in the world! #wunderlichwildcats#wunderlichwins
My Path students have been so excited to have a former NBA player coming to visit them on Friday. They are trying to guess his height. Whoever gets the closest wins a prize! #wunderlichwildcats#wunderlichwins
Art teachers always go the extra mile! Each table in my class is named after an artist and today they started getting labeled. This one is inspired by Keith Haring! I can’t wait for my students to see it tomorrow! #wunderlichwildcats
