For the hikers out there, there are several ways you can prevent or avoid the transmission of Ebola but we will share five (5) important ones from the Mountain Slayers Uganda Ebola SOPs.
Ebola can be transmitted through physical and intimate contact. Avoid contact in all forms. #MOHatWork | #FightEbolaUG26

BONUS: - Avoid bodily fluids. Ebola spreads through sweat, blood, vomit, saliva and urine of infected persons. Hikers should avoid sharing water bottles, utensils or towels. Hikers should avoid caring for sick strangers on the trail or camp without protective equipment.
