#centurioncommunity it’s been a blast! 600 miles done together apart with my bestie. Seemed appropriate that she was on the NDW and I was on the Camel Trail in Cornwall as we “crossed the line”. Both places we have run together!

Today is a good day! Confirmation received overnight from the USA that the 2021 Arc of Attrition will be a qualifying race for Western States. We have worked hard for this and the 3 of us at Mudcrew are stoked! #westernstates100

We wanted an adventure and the Exodus 100 mile Ultra Marathon @UpHillDD across the Brecon Beacons didn’t disappoint. Fantastic British winter running not to mention the best of Welsh weather. Thrilled with 1st lady, 2nd overall. Happy memories. Thanks @UpHillDD team - fab event.
