You never know who you’ll meet in Bangalore. It was Sunday, 1 AM. We were the only two people left in the office. Started talking to this college student, and within minutes I was blown away by the side projects he was building and his genuine love for technology. Moments like these remind me why I love being around builders. You never know where the next great conversation or startup idea will come from.

Day 2: I reached Bangalore early this morning and moved into my place. It took a while to organize everything, but then, disaster my laptop fan started making a loud noise, so it’s at the service center now. I had to postpone a client meeting and some tasks, but I didn’t let the day go by. I rejoined MMA training and took the day to reflect and plan. I’m setting clear targets for this week and staying intentional with my progress. also fixed a bug reported by a subscriber did it on my phone and got more feedback from long-term users Today had its setbacks, but tomorrow is about getting back on track new goals, steady steps. Let’s do this on to Day 3!

On New Year’s Day, I quit my job and went all in on myself. After a failed startup, I moved back to Bangalore with one goal: build. Over the last few months: • Launched 2 SaaS products (now doing ~$100/month) • Started freelancing and an software agency • Worked with amazing clients • Made more money than ever before • Found an incredible co-founder and became a partner in building an AI agency in California But somewhere along the way, comfort kicked in. Revenue was coming in. Momentum was slowing down. And I knew I needed a reset. There are 205 days left until the New Year. That’s enough time to completely change your life if you stay focused and intentional every day. So I’ve decided to start building in public. I’m moving back to Bangalore. This time, I’m documenting everything. The challenge: • Scale my SaaS products to $10,000/month • Scale our AI agency with my co-founder to 6 figures • Share every win, loss, and lesson along the way 205  days. No guarantees. No fake guru promises. Just consistent execution and complete transparency. Day 1 starts now.
