A few tears that’s day. 11yrs ago today standing again for the first time and even a few steps. It’s been a rollercoaster getting this far but I couldn’t of done any of it without the support around me
This is an incredible year for the @CrossFitGames, as they’ve introduced 16 adaptive categories for the first time ever! We’re stoked to be a part of an inclusive community achieving their athletic ambition and support athletes like our own @Murrayhambro in the competition
