Looking at all the chappri reels of influenzas on social media, I feel privileged to have traveled to many places enthu cutlets discovered in recent years. Such was the apetite for travel that I was out and about once every two months to a new destination... And have reached a point now travel doesn't excite me as much though I still enjoy traveling, there are no more detailed itineraries, unusual places to stay and off beat locations... Love BnBs more than hotel stays, off seadon quiert than season traffic snarl.... At peace being home, doing my work, time with family, reading, walks...making money is more enticing than spending it.... May be this is what ageing looks like, turning 50 is growing roots...

Do not postpone your journeys for the right time. Keep traveling, keep moving, as long as your body permits. Movement is life, stillness will come thereafter.
VIDEO | Nagpur: After wife's death ends couple's dream of a world tour, retired banker donates savings to the Army. Speaking to PTI, banker Shrikant Sahasrabuddhe says, "My wife and I had retired from Punjab National Bank. Unfortunately, she passed away 10 years ago. We had planned to travel the world using our PF and savings, but that dream remained unfulfilled. After her death, I no longer felt like travelling anywhere. Later, I came across a WhatsApp message about a man from Akola donating Rs 1 crore. I did not have that kind of wealth, but I thought I could donate Rs 25 lakh. I decided to donate half of the money we had saved for our dream journey. Perhaps this will give me the same happiness that travelling with my wife would have given me..."

Someday, the women of this world would gather enough courage to pen down their stories of neglect, abuse and depravity without feeling any shame or guilt. The only crime women are guilty of is masking the crimes of others with smiles and normalcy.
