Canola, one of the most distinct and valuable crops grown in Canada is suffering. Clubroot, a soil-borne parasitic disease, is currently the largest threat to canola production. Net proceeds will be used toward inventory production for the Company's mustard-derived organic biofertility product TerraSanteTM, inventory for agricultural products to sell via its Canadian distribution platform NexusBioAg, and working capital and general corporate purposes.

We're pleased to report that field trials of our organic TerraSante™ biofertility product applied to a potato farm produced outstanding yield and economic metrics.
Through a Washingon State farming customer, TerraSante™ demonstrated a consistent and substantial potato yield, size, and quality increase, with the farmer estimating an approximate US$5,000 increase in value per acre at a cost of US$180 per acre for TerraSante™.
